WOW, what service from Knet. Less than 48 hours for delivery of 10dz balls, only downside is see a lot of logos.
Lots of yoga pants these days, not enough Yoga!

[quote=Weazl;198643]Purolator just dropped a box of 2 ( I know why 2 ) off at my door that Callaway sent me to test out. When I filled out my membership for the free hat I wrote I like Top Flite balls so I was in their 5% customer base or something like that and they sent them to me free. Will use tomorrow at Beabrook and report back.
Cheers,
free is good
I also got 2 balls and even funnier they came in a box big enough to hold 2 dozen. I would think they could have sent 3 balls but free is free

Because of all the feed back in this forum, i gave D2 a try, I played 2 rounds so far, loving it. I ate up 62 used pro v1 this season so far, i do know a thing or two in comparision pro v1 vs D2:
. pro v1, you take your T, and shot more careful. you just don't want to lose an expensive ball.
. D2. screw it, just a buck and quater.
. Pro v1 Always sweet looking at that logo before the shot.
. TOP FLITE D2, some what still like practice ball in your head.
the D2 is like a Tank, very durable. i played 14 holes with one ball today, it's still nice and shinny. the pro v1 on the other hand is too soft, can skin it for just One wedge.
D2 for me from now (BLUE) have not try red and other D2 yet, wonder what they like?

I played the D2 Feel today and really like them. As others have mentioned, they are very durable. I had the same ball all round and barely a scratch on it...even after hitting about 5 trees And feels good on chipping. I usually play the Dunlop Loco and it would be banged up after a round like today.

played this ball on the weekend in the wind. Really liked the feel of it. Perhaps not quite as good as some of the other high end balls, but at the price, this is an excellent ball.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

I agree speedy, I found one and played it and loved it, I actually went right out and bought a dozen, low compression, nice feel.

How does the D2 feel compare to the 50/50? Anyone play both?
I currently love the Feel, great feel off the driver and irons, as well as putter. Which it were a little softer around the greens, but for the price, it can't be beat.

I also liked the D2 feel a lot. But then I tried the Callaway Big Bertha Blue. And I really like that a lot. You get 3 less balls for the same price as the D2.

The Srixon AD333's are on sale at GT at the moment and I picked up 4 dozen boxes of them. Less than $17 for 12 balls. I typically play E5's or Srixon Soft Feels / AD333's so I figured why not go cheap. As a side note, most of the Srixon's you get in this deal at GT are the new model's...i.e. 2008. I don't know what the difference is but the packaging has some red on it .
