No deadline Kerry, we signed the contract this week and now w have till the 15th to tell them how many to make food for.... hopefully we get them more than 18 but something tells me it just aint gonna happen

For everyones' information, Bugsy is currently in discussions with the Manager at Cassleview to move the date of the Forum Fun day to whatever date they have available in June. We are making sure that anyone who has already registered can get a refund should they not like or not be available the new date. It looks like they are going to be receptive to this (no one has had a charge made to their card as yet). Since we are down to 16, not only are Bugsy and I disappointed but the course isn't that thrilled either puting together the buffet that they are for just a few foursomes.

We should have final details and post by tomorrow night.

Sorry guys, we are trying our best to get this together and finalized.

Seems like you're having the same success I had last year booking it on the same weekend. I can't believe how hard a sell this is on a long weekend. I thought a long weekend would be an easy sell. Go figure.

It would appear to be so Geoff.... we will give it ne more shot, we can't please everyone but I would have though more than 16 of 60 would come.....

If we get latter part of June, I think we will have more success...
