Woo Hoo A Hole In One!!
While playing at Lombard Glen today I got my very first hole in one today on hole #7. It was such an awesome day for golf, the weather was beautiful and the course was actually in better shape than what I expected. Along with the hole in one I believe I also pulled off by second lowest score ever.
Has anyone else in here ever gotten a hole in one!!

Sweet!
I've missed by less than the width of a ball (stopped 3" past the cup) but never made it. One of my dad's foursome just knocked in his 7th. He's in his late 70's and couldn't even see it go in!

Congrats!! I have got two. One of them came on that same hole at Lombardy. The first one, in fact. I was a member there for a few years as a junior. That is where I learned the game..
Wish you plenty more aces!My name is Paul. And I'm a golfaholic.

I've hit the pin a few times, but it's never gone in. Good for you!

"HOT DOG" Kerry; what a way to start---just think that will make up for every bad stoke you make this season :
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

Thanks everyone, Dan you asked what I planned for an encore. Well for the first half of the season I plan on breaking 100 (lowest score so far is 103) yesterday was 105. Then by Sept. I want to break 90!!!!

Congratulations on your ace. It really is magical when the ball finds the bottom of the cup for a 1.

BIG Congrats!!
Nobody has asked yet if you followed the tradition of buying everyone in the clubhouse a round of drinks...??"So many moving parts. Your whole body's moving, and this ball is not moving. It's standing still, laughing at you." Tiger Woods

Well done! Are you going to describe it for us. What club, distance, how close it pitched, how far it rolled to go in. I love those sort of details.
