Question How long after reshafting before hitting driver?

I'm about to reshaft my driver. Getting it pulled at Golfworks, then putting in new shaft tomorrow late afternoon. How soon after can I start using it? Will overnight be enough? Longer?

Also, when putting the new shaft in, is 'spinning' important? I assume I can't figure that out on my own, so I won't be able to do it anyways.

    Thanks!!

Depends on what type of epoxy you use. The "Tour" epoxy is supposed to be ready in 20 mins or so. Other epoxies should sit for 24 hrs to assure a good bond.

Also, if you use 24 hour epoxy but cure it in a "hot box" it will set much faster.

I've re-shafted and played drivers in 8 hours using 24 hour epoxy by having them cure at higher temps.

EDIT: One important tip, always have some left over epoxy after you assemble your driver and let it harden under the same conditions. I usually put mine on an index card and if the epoxy on the card doesn't "SNAP" when I bend the card then it's not ready for play.

Hot Box? ie. oven? I'll be sure to use put some extra epoxy out and ensure it breaks clean to test that its cured correctly.

Yeah, forgot about that tip. It's very handy to help determine when the epoxy is ready.

Depending on how fancy you get some people build a box that holds the clubs and contains some kind of heating element like a light bulb or space heater.

Even just leaving a portable bathroom heater on pointed at the clubs will work. They don't need to get super hot for the epoxy to cure faster.

Lepage quick set epoxy works but make sure you mix it well and use JVincen'ts trick. Mix well and check hardness with whatever you have left over.Forget spining . Make sure you abrade the shaft tip. Here is a link. Found in all hardware stores and places such as Walmart.
    Here is the link.

You may not find the same exact product.but just look for LEPAGE 5 minute epoxy. Work fast as it will start to harden within 5 minutes that means you better know what you're doing.
