cheap golf balls
any cheap places around town to by good quality golf balls.. I checked out ebay.. it doesn't seem any cheaper then you'd find at chuck brown unless you're by 10 dz.. pro v1's are going for 40 US plus shipping and conversion.. plus probably taxes.

Cheap Pro V1s?
I can't believe you used the terms "cheap golf balls" and "pro v1" in the same post.
Ebay is cheaper regardless of the brand, but only if you are willing to buy in bulk. If you want cheap AND only a couple of dozen, try Wal Mart or Costco - but you will have to settle for less than Pro V1s.Golf is a game invented by the same people who think music comes out of bagpipes.

Some stores like Walmart or Canadian Tire will sell refurbished name brand golf balls for pretty cheap.
For example, I was at Canadian Tire today and they have a sale on 36 refurb name brand balls for $20. When you're getting to almost .50 cents a ball, that's a pretty good deal I would say. Walmart is pretty good too with the refurbished golf balls.
I don't feel so bad when they go into the woods, lol.

19th Hole
I believe the 19th Hole in Stittsville sells balls at a good price. Last year, 1 dozen Precepts (used but great condition) were around $14 each.

cheap golf balls
ya, usually when you buy refurbished balls, 75 cents a ball is a good deal. i was at giant tiger once and saw a bag of 50 refurbished balls for 21.99. it's a great buy cuz they are 1/2 decent balls

Good ball at a reasonable price.
Try the Toppoint/Synergy brand. They start at $18.00 a dozen tax included. They are a very good soft feeling ball that come in 80 and 90 compression.
The Toppoint line is a good two piece ball. They have good distance and control without sacrificing feel.
The Synergy line is the softest two piece ball on the market. It is their premium line. They come in 80, "85" and 90 compression.
The 85 compression gives you an excellent soft feel without sacrifing distance like an 80.
Check them out. You will be surprised.

I don't know about used golf balls... I've heard once you play a round it loses 20% of its perfomance.. I tried the wilson jacks the other day.. 20 bucks a dozen.. I was getting huge distance.. I also had a new driver so I think its a combination of the two..
