Round at Bear Mountain (Victoria)
Okay, I wasn't really sure whether I should post this here or in the Travel section. Anyway, I won a passes for 2 people and 1 cart at Bear Mountain golf course in Victoria. The catch is, the course is quite a hike out of town, and I don't have a car. I have yet to find a friend with a car who golfs, so my search is now spreading to the internet. Basically, I am looking for someone in Victoria who can get me from my house (close to downtown) to the course and back, in exchange for a round of golf (over a hundred dollar value). If anyone is interested, let me know, and we can try to work out a time that works for both of us.

With a deal like that, I think that you will get offers from all over the island. Too bad that my game is not very good and that I'm 500 miles and a ferry away.

Well, I'm in no rush to use it. It's good for all 2007, and I'd really like to wait a month or so for the really nice weather anyway. If you happen to be heading out to the island, definitely check to see if I still have it.

Well dude, if you're really desperate & want to play with a hack...
I'm in Nanaimo.
My in laws already made their springtime trip down there(######'s left me behind to work...) a couple of weeks ago.
