Local Clubfitter???
Hey guys, I'm in town for a couple days.
I wanted to get my irons cut down about 1/4"-1/2". I was hoping to try to keep as many of the grips as I could (compresed air remover) as they're pretty new.
PM me or post a reply.
Thanks!

You can try Don Irving at Artisan Golf (http://www.artisangolfco.com/). He should be open tomorrow morning.

Don is the man! Had him lengthen my putter by an inch this past Saturday... he was super accomodating and took the time to make sure it was the right thing to do. Great service!

I was just over @ downhillslider's house to have a little work done, great guy ... I'd say shoot him a pm and see if he's available.

I'll give a third on Don at Artisan. He's done all my clubs and has always done a great job. I also had some bending and a shaft change done by The Saint, and although I didn't get to meet him, the workmanship was excellant. Chieflongtee is usually good at helping fellow members and his prices are great!
Lots of options here in Ottawa!

Hi.
I bought some KZG irons from Al Bezanson (Al's Clubhouse - see link in equipment under the Golf Links). They are awesome and he is great! He's very knowledgeable, knows a ton about club fitting, has a bunch of awards to boot and he did a fabulous job with my new KZGs. I'll be back again for a driver as soon as I can. The whole fitting session was a blast and I would highly recommend Al to everyone.
He should definitely be another option for you to consider.lefty2

Another ringing endorsement for The Saint. He recently put a new shaft in for me and pulled the old one with excellent results.
