350 shaft into 370 hosel?

Hi. New here but have seen enough expert advice to know I can find an answer here. I have a hybrid head with a 370 hosel, and am going to get a grafalloy hybrid shaft with a 350 tip. I've seen shims and bushing ferrules at various online retailers, but none seem to be made for this particular combination (I've seen adapters for 335 shafts into 370 hosels, and 370 shafts into oversize hosels...). Any suggestions on how to handle this combination? Thanks in advance!

not sure, but I've seen similar elsewhere and they're either 335 shaft or 370 shaft

That's the one you want.

Otherwise use adhesive drywall mesh.

I would use the .335 to .350 as the tangs are longer than the taper tip model

So longer tangs are better ... but will the shim still provide a tight fit? Or will I have excessive play. I've never shimmed before. Drywall tape?? That actually kind of makes sense. Any comments from anyone who's used that method? Thanks for the advice so far.

I'll dryfit one tonight and will get back to you. I'll try posting some pics.

I just dryfitted a .355 to .370 shim with a .350 shaft into a.370 hosel. It is a perfect fit. you might want to use shafting beads for a center tighter fit.

This is what drywall tape looks like. It works but like I said in my earlier post the .355 shim will work too.
