Hey at least you have other HABS Fans in the area. Try being a San Jose Sharks Fan. Funny thing, when joe was traded to San Jose there was suddenly lots of Sharks fans in my area. Where were they before that?

When I was very young, only had two Canadian teams to chose from.
You were either a Leafs fan or Canadians fan. I was a Leafs fan, but unlike today was able to enjoy the last Stanley Cup in 1967 !!!

When I got older resented what Harold Ballard was doing to the team. I actually enjoyed watching the old WHA teams and did go to some of the Ottawa National games in the short lived 72-73 season. One of my classmates Dad played for the team.

When Wayne Gretzky joined the Edmonton Oilers that became my team. WOW, what an exciting team. Watching Wayne, Messier, and the boys win those cups was terrific. Like most Canadians was shocked when Wayne went south to L.A.
Still rooted for Oilers but it was not the same............
Started losing interest somewhat..........but just in time Ottawa got the Sens for the 92 season.
Hopefully, this is the year for the Cup!!!

Perfectly said. But I have a feeling it would make you happy to see Ottawa put Toronto out themselves. Only problem is Toronto do it to themselves before Ottawa can get to them.
