Will they be opening this Spring? I hear they are having financial problems. Club house hasn't changed much since late fall.

I can't imagine Gib Patterson and family having financial problems. I haven't seen the clubhouse, but if it is the exterior you are referring too, then this may just get done in the spring. Some exterior finishes, such as stucco, cannot be applied during freezing temperatures.
