re painting heads
Has anyone got any good ideas how to easily mask woods prior to painting. Using masking tape with the big curves and subtle angles is a pain. I have heard of everything from plastic paint to plaster of paris to cover the areas that dont want paint. Any ideas.

Electrical tape. when i paint guitars its what i use. nothing leaks and its very easy to bend in different curves. im gonna use it again when i re-paint my V-steel head.

I have repainted lots of drivers, 3 woods etc. Each time I have used masking tape. What you need to have is a sharp exacto knife handy to trim the tape along the lines. Works great.
Electrical tape, never used it and I would think it might have a tendency to lift along the edges.
I have used break line tape that is used for masking off break lines on vehicles, but masking tape works fine for me.
Use 1/2 inch along the edges and 1 inch to cover the rest of the head.My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.
