    Catalina Classic 2007 Limited Edition

    Looks like the new LE is coming soon. I hate double bend shafts, but this putter sure is sweet! First face balanced blade from Scotty in a while I think.

    I had one Catalina and for a reason or another, I didn't like the muted feel. I hope this one is better. Might give it a try but definitely waiting for the Newport Detour 2.5.

    It's a newport head, but with the double bend shaft (think Red X) it becomes face balanced.

    It seems to me that this Catalina has a slightly different hosel. The standard hosel on other Catalinas was flush/equal with the topline. This one looks different. Might slightly change the sound/feel of this putter.

    MSRP in the US is $500. Jarred is probably right in the $600-800 range here, but last year Edwin Watts put the Holiday and My Girl LEs out for $1000US (though they are produced in smaller quantities). Best to talk to one of the local retail stores who has a Titleist account and see if they can get a hold of one for you. Other than that, hit ebay. Probably be $700-900US at the start and then drop to around $500US in a couple months.
