Want opinion!
I dont have an official handicap but I can go low (like around par), but I have always had next to garbage clubs, none of them were the same, all second hand and my driver was the only thing decent to look at (R510). But now over the past 2 months, I have been ebay-ing (and having a lot of fun doing it) and now completed my set. Im gonna go thorugh it and I just wanted to get opinions on how it should set up for a short hitter, slow swing but accuracy kind of guy.
Driver: R580xd, 10.5 degree
Woods: 15 and 18 degree V-steel taylormade
Irons: Titleist DCI 990 2-9
Wedges: 55 degree vokey, 60 degree cleveland
Putter: Taylormade Rossa daytona II
The total cost was also 650 for all. considering they are all as new condition some are new. Great deals. Just need reassurance that I did good shopping.

Of course you did good shopping. All of those are very nice clubs.
My suggestions:
1) Find the right shafts for your clubs. It will make a huge difference.
2) You should add a pw and possibly a gw. Going from what will most likely be a 43-45* 9 iron to a 55* sw is going to leave a huge yardage gap.
Other than that, good shopping and enjoy the clubs."A life lived in fear of the new and the untried is not a life lived to its fullest." M.Pare 10/09/08

I understand
For me the difference is not great, I dotn swing hard at the ball and 3/4 shots and knock down shots are in my ''arsenal'' of shots that I possess, we'll see when the Metcalfe opens I guess, I want to make into the Ottawa Citizen tourney aswell, you think I have time.

You should. If you have any questions check in the Ottawa Local section. There is a thread started about the Citizen tourney. Ask any questions you might have there.
