If anybody's interested I reserved a room at the Savery House up the street from the golf course. It has two beds and I am not a light sleeper so you can come and go as you please. It will cost you somewhere around 40 dollars a night. I have it for Friday and Saturday. First one to P.M. me gets it. I don't know if they allow smoking but if they do it doesn't bother me at all, I don't smoke but everybody else in my family did so light up if you wish.

After the event on Sunday I am not looking forward to the drive back home so maybe some of the other O.G. members would like to play another 9 holes with me. I'm planning on riding a cart all weekend so my knee should be up to another 9 at least.

Some bad news, unfortunately London Golfers can't field enough players for a team. So it will be just OG versus TGN. I'm awaiting to hear back from the TGN captain. We might be looking for more players to fill the spots left open by the LG withdrawl. Stay tuned for possibly more team members update.

Just a thought but since one of the other teams has dropped out of the event shouldn't we revisit the idea of being able to use rangefinders. After all the vote would now be one for and one against, why don't we ask the players to vote on it?

that sucks that the LG team had to withdraw because of lack of interest. Now i guess we have an official ryder cup style, with two 12 man teams. Should be fun times for sure.
