We're not changing the trophy to suit your typing habits. It makes sense the way it is, and if enough people vote I'll change it to "Wannahave".

We don't need the trophy marred with Perlish lingo.

ya i have had a couple guys on TGN, ask me if i am gonna play in the qualifiers and i told them i am OttawaGolf thru and thru! Any of the Ottawa guys that can, should play in the TGN qualifiers just to show them that the top spots in the qualifiers are already taken by Ottawagolf!!

A question for those that would be interested in playing in this event, but due to the limited number of spots available couldn't this time:

Seeing how LG is still a fairly new site with only 100 and something members, if need be, would any of you be interested in playing for that team if they came up a few players short of the necessary twelve? You would forever be branded as traitors and turncoats

, but you would get to participate in a very unique and fun event. So its still early in the sign up process over at LG, but if interested post here so we know we could have players if need be.

I would be interested in playing for LG

I don't care who kicks my ass, as long as I am playing golf

(plus I am a member of London Golf...... but think I might have gotten banned)

PS, since I haven't been a member anywhere for 2 years I do not have a cap established and only played 9 games last year so can,t take it from that!

My group will be abiding my the "Mexican Whiner/Club Throw" rule. Anyone caught not having a good time will be obligated to do one (or more) cheap dirty tequila shots. Multiple violations by one person may result in them eating the worm from the bottom of the bottle.

I thought that there was a max team handicap of 18.......Mine is currently sitting at 22.1

That said, I'll do some "inquiring" with Dr. Hacker to see where I stand on the "Probability of going" scale

What hotels are you guys looking at? Maybe there is a group discount to be had? I could call around but I am not familiar with the area at all so some advice on where to start would be good.
