Club travel "helmet" for soft bags
Definitely not OEM...
1. Cut off broom handle slightly longer than longest club
2. Find bucket that goes around club heads
3. Tied down travel "cover" that came with golf bag to secure bucket
4. Fit inside soft travel bag as normal
Although I have successfully travel 3 time before simply by "padding" the club heads with stuff, this is very easy and gave me a bit more peace of mind.
Judging by a couple of scraps on the outer travel cover on my latest trip, this was worth the little effort.
The head covers not protected by the bucket is just my irons. I will be keeping my eyes open for a even better bucket in the next little while.Ray
