    Alien irons by Pat Simmons

I recently went to the huge golf sale at Chuck Brown and I bought a set of Alien irons that were designed by Pat Simmons.. The look of them is non conventional, and the feel of them is more like a blade. I play with an old set of Tiger Shark irons designed by Pat Simmons now and I love the short irons. So for 30 dollars I figgured I would give them a few rounds and see if they work. Does anybody have any history on the designer or company that would make me feel a little more confident as I step onto the tee with my 30 dollar clubs.
    mmmmm...open face club sandwedge.. ughhh...

I didnt know a member of the Doobie Brothers designed golf clubs... far out!

    sorry DaGuy i had to

apparently Pat Simmons was the designer behind all those funky Alien clubs. hes the one that designed the alien sandwedge. which by the way with over 2 million sold is the best selling sandwedge of all time (according to his personal website)

Don't know if this is the same model (look at pic on top) but if it is, this will be useful.

Too bad I won't get to see you hit those $30 clubs this year. But nice pick up. For $30 you couldn't really go wrong. Hit'em straight this year.
