FS: Scotty TEI3 Newport 2- RARE SOLE STAMP

I have a scotty tei3 newport 2 sole stamp for sale. It is definitely a beater and needs a refinish. It is the the first generation on tei3 putters, without the elastomer ring around the insert and the tei3 is stamped on the sole(from what I have read....the sole stamp version is the most rare of the tei3 putters). I was going to refinish it, but won't be able to stand the wait(plus I already have enough putters

). Looking to pass this on to an OG member before I throw it on the bay. Looking for $170.

Doesn't come with a headcover but I can include a brand new american classics for $10. If you can't tell from the pics., the finish on the face has worn off and the topline has rusted quite a bit and looks to have been scraped or something. I tried putting with it and the putter feels fine just aesthetically it isn't the prettiest putter out there. Any questions let me know.

D'oh! why did i buy Nats... i can get this one refinished for the same amount and its a better putter!

someone better buy this... its rare and a great candidate for re-finishing! i can guaretee no one you ever play with will have the same putter... EVER!!

One of the most rare OTR Camerons. Called the sole stamp because the TeI3 stamp is on the sole (duh!). Scotty switched the TeI3 stamp to the face after Tiger won the Masters with it in 1997. Only a couple of months of production on this putter, it's really highly sought after.

Well apparently the studio has said that judging by the pictures i took....they rust may be too bad to restore it. They did say that they would need to see it in person to be sure though. I find that a little wierd because I have seen putters in worse shape get restored. Anyways, because of this I will drop the price to $170. Remember even if the studio can't restore it, it can be restored by other companies and still will retain much of it's value.
