Putters-Adding weight to grip end
Anyone familiar with this system...inserting weights into grip end of shaft. Was trying one out the other day. Really feel the extra weight in the hands. Seemed to make the takeaway smoother. Any downside?

Balance Certified is the original one believe and they report good success. I've not tried one either. You can add a substantial amount of weight - near 100g?
Thanks, Dan

Also called backweighting or counter balancing. Does not work for everyone. It is actually the big buzz word over at Golfsmith especially for light drivers and graphite shafted clubs.
