    Golftown Grip Event?

    Hey there,
i know a few people on here seem to work at golftown, so i have a question.
on the website it sayts there is a 2 for 1 on all regularly priced golf pride grips.

then when you go to shop on line, it has the new deacde listed as $11.95 reg, now on sale for $7.95.

this does not quite copute woith mew, does anyone have an explanation for this? should it not be something like $5.98 or so each?

    thanks for the info

yes golf works usually is, buit at 50% oiff of 11.95 that wold be cheaper than i have ever seen these.

I don;t see how they can say that 11.95 is not there regular price, when itg is listed on the website as regular price,

but i gues only thign to do maybe is go into the store itself.

The 2 for 1 was for any "regular priced" GP or Lamkin grips plus $1 Installation per grip.
THe new decade are not considered "regular priced". I was there the other day to get some Lamkin Dual Density installed on my irons.

A buddy of mine snagged 10 GP tour velvets there a couple weekends ago for under 3 bucks a grip.. Pretty solid.

The Original Price for the New Decade is $11.95 on sale for $7.98 now.
If you look at the ad it explains it all there.
    Good luck with grips

so is it then $7.98 for 2?

it is a 2 for one event correct? and regular price is listed as $11.95.

something is not ading up here.

Again the New Decade is on "sale" for $7.98 it's not a "Regular Priced" GP grip so it's not part of the 2 for 1 deal. There $7.98 each on sale down from $11.98 still a pretty good deal still a very pricey grip.

yeah, well seems like BS to me, better to have them at 11.95 and get 2 for 1, this is a end run around their advertising,

just another reson why i dont go to golf town i guess,

i can get them at my club for $8.5 installed.

    thanks for the info

What gets me is that their "sale" price is still more than GolfWorks regular price. Unfortunately since GT buys most of their grips from GolfWorks you probably can't get any there right now.
