no, they weren't (as far as i remember). That was in the playoffs though, and there's always a different standard in the playoffs. They can't really suspend Emery or Biron for that though. Emery was the only fighter the Sens had on the ice, so he certainly can't be blamed for stepping in.

My $0.02...

1. I love emery.
2. Neil made a clean hit. I don't buy "you have to protect your star players". Don't recall anyone going after Scott Stevens when he took Lindros out.
3. Why did emery get 2 majors? He was attacked by Peters and had to defend himself. 5 minutes for being a man.

Fun game to watch though.
