Whats the difference?

I was wondering what the difference is in rifle shafts compared to normal shafts.

The Rifle shaft is a stepless shaft with what they term , a proprietary internal rifling technology" that they claim produces better feel. This is quite debatable IMO

Stepless shafts in general feel better than most stepped shafts , and have a more streamlined look . They also reportedly provide greater energy transfer than a stepped shaft.

There are many excellent stepless shafts on the market now that are as good if not better than Rifles........Royal Precision was sold and I am told that the new Rifles will not be the same nor will the Accra Steel which were produced by RP and likely one of the best feeling shafts out there

RP was bought by True Temper and I haven't heard anything about how they'll market the RP shafts. They may do it like Titleist does with Cobra or Callaway does with Odyssey.
