Another refinish...looking for suggestions

Well, after looking at covanant's thread and checking out that website (http://www.putterplating.com), I am considering getting my TeI3 knockoff refinished to turn it into a respectable gamer. Basically, I'm going to have a blank slate. I'm going to get all the engravings on the neck filled in, I will probably keep the dots on the back (though I will probably change the paint colour), and there is nothing on the bottom. I will get the nickel plating, but might get the insert done in gold (its only 20 bucks ). Other than that, I have no idea.

I'm thinking of getting something engraved on the sole...perhaps "one putt, two putt, three putt, four, I hope I don't miss any more". Those of you who have seen me putt will understand.

I am going to try to borrow a digicam so I can get some pics and give a better idea of what I'm working with, but I would love to hear some ideas. Colours, engravings, logos, anything. Be creative. It's a blank slate. I want this thing to look cool when its done. Oh, Mr. Kilbank, I'll gladly cover it with the Ottawa Golf Logo for a small fee .

how about your nickname or favourite saying/quote?? you could also put "Name prototype" such as "Dave Van Dyk Prototype 1/1" for me that is. Just don't put my name on it!!

Oooh, movie quote.....good idea. Now, the question is...which one. Maybe..."this is going to get messy"....a great line from Snatch, and pretty much exactly what I think every time I pull the putter out of my bag.

"Say Hello to my little friend" is another possibility. Man...this is going to be fun.
