Casting

It seams as if I have the tendency to try to swing too hard and end up casting from the top. I am aware of this but keep going back to this fault. Can anybody suggest some drills, etc. that I could try?

Ty,

Try placing your glove under your right armpit (for a right handed golfer). When you swing the club, make sure the glove doesn't fall out. This will keep your arms close to the body and reduce the tendendy to come over the top and 'cast' the club.
