    Grip Question

    Hi all,

If I wanted to add a bit more thickness to the right hand portion of the grip (I'm a right handed player), what are my options?

Specifically, would I be able to buy untapered grips (does anyone know of a brand that has that) or would I be better served to have a clubmaker add a few wraps of tape to the right hand area to build it up?

    Thoughts?

Some Golf Pride grips are more or less untapered

    and then there this one

...and there is building up the grip with grip tape.

You can have a clubbuilder build up or buy a non taper grip. Check this one out $1.95

By choosing the non tappered route, you limit your choices of grips. You might not even like the feel of a non tappered one, especially if you are using a grrip with a rib down the back . It's one of those situations were it is taylored to the individual. You might want to experiment a little before you do a full set of grips.

Or you can always go this route.

The feel golf grip is not a straight taper grip. It is a reverse taper grip. It is smaller under the left hand.If a golfer wants to experiment gauze can be used to build up under the right hand(for righties of course)
