Shortening my clubs...
Hey !
I bought a used set of clubs last year. They're great Tommy Armour's with graphite shafts. However..i find that the shafts are too long..because i have to choke up on them quite a bit. Would someone give me some kind of guide as into getting them cut..where to go to get that done..and how short I should go.
Thanks a lot !

Shortening clubs is a rather simple procedure but to give you an accurate answer please answer the following questions.
1) What kind of grips do you have on there now? If they are jumbo grips that may be one of the reasons why you're gripping down on the grip.
2)Do you have short fingers3)How tall are you?
You can only cut down so much because all shafts are tapered which means as you go down the size of the shaft decreases.
