Ralph is a Master at our trade. I've had the pleasure of being in his shop twice, once for my Professional Clubfitting Program, and once for my Masters course.
He is as good as anyone on the technical side, and a pleasure to be around.
I've seen quite a few of these video's and you can be sure what he say's is sound advice.
