golf on tv

Have things changed this year as far as folf on tv....the mercedes championship
was played this weekend( i think, as i couldnt find anything on the tube)
and as i said above i couldnt find anything on tv....has the golf channel taken
over this years or was it just for this tournament??? will i have to get the golf
channel to see golf on tv this year???

i think the golf channel signed a 15 deal with the PGA. They are broadcasting the first 2 rounds of most tournaments and all 4 rounds of about 10 tournaments...Mercedes being one of them. I like it since they showed more coverage than the previous provider.

You'll see plenty of weekend golf on the other networks but its nice having the golf channel.

I love the golf channel, but I'm not sure I like Nick as a colour commentator yet.....I have to admit that their "line estimator" or whatever they call it, is pretty accurate.

That thing is very cool. I think it is the best addition to the show.
