    Mannings or Staals

what is more impressive. Two starting QB's in the NFL both taken 1st overall????

    OR

4 brothers playing in the NHL all taken in the first round?
I have to go with the manning boys, they were both taken 1st over all. None of the staal boys were taken first over all. But then again there are only two of them, the staals put 4 kids in the nhl.. 4th one is coming. Its close, but I gotta go with the qbs

Not padding my stat, just stating facts. Until another family gets 6 members into professional sports the Sutters will forever remain the ultimate sporting family.

but the sutters sucked, how can you even compare them to either of these families? archie was a QB as well Just because you put 6 people in the NHL, sure thats awesome but 4 first rounds is more impressive than that! 2 first overall is more impressive then that no?

Hockey is played in waaaaaaaay more countries around the world than American football is therefore it is much harder to make it in the league - I'm with Geoff, the Sutters are the family to beat

definitely the staals over the mannings. Sure, Eli was first overall, but he SUCKS. Maybe if he eventually improves, but right now, there's no contest.

I would hardly say they sucked. Sure they weren't superstars, but all were solid contributing NHLers. They even have some championships in the family. I still say having 6 siblings playing professional sports is more impressive. So what if you are a first overall pick, it doesn't always mean you'll end up being a superstar (see Alexandre Daigle and many others).
