    I heard Ray Ferraro was livid at Stefan and said it "had no place in the NHL." Was he talking about showboating?

    Did anyone who saw the highlight really think that he was showing off? I didn't see it that way. He was in the clear, might as well get as close to the net as possible...and then the puck hops over his stick. Brutal bounce, that's all.

    Ferraro's a tool. I've seen guy's shoot from further out and miss. Stefan was doing it by the book and he just ended up in the wrong place, at the wrong time (or the right time if your an Oilers fan ). Like you said, brutal bounce, and brutal bad luck.

    Stefan was right after the game though. They probably will show it a million times. Edmonton is very lucky to get a point after giving up a 3 goal lead.
    When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.
