    Removing paintfill

I know this has probably been asked before, but I'll ask it again. What is the best/easiest way to remove paintfill from a putter? Keep in mind I am brutal with these kind of tasks, so keep it relatively simple. I don't have any plans of changing the paint colour, as I just plan to leave the putter without any paintfill....although if I change my mind I have heard testors paint works best? And, a small paint brush to apply it...or a toothpick? Thanks guys.

I know when I took out the paintfill of my Titleist 990Bs (ohhh, that was a long time ago ) I just sat the heads in a bucket of acetone. Didn't affect the finish any and took all the paintfill out. I'm just not sure how the acetone would affect the finish of a Scotty. Don't think there'd be any issues, but maybe someone who's tried it with a Scotty can speak up.

Not too worried about re-sale value and I don't like the paintfill on the studio style newports anyways.....plus it gives it a different look without spending tons to send it to the studio
