    Rules Certification

    For those interested in the Rules of Golf certification programme, you can purchase the CD-ROM for Level 1 here - http://www.golfquebec.org/pdf/boutiqueanrevise.pdf The kit includes a test which you submit to the RCGA for evaluation.

    I recently contacted the RCGA for the Level 2 package and was informed that it will be available on the RCGA website, perhaps by the end of the month.

    When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.
