    RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. (AP) - Former U.S. Open champion Ken Venturi was expected to have a full recovery after undergoing heart surgery last Friday.

    A 5 way by pass and valve surgery, quite an operation for a man of his age.
    I for one am glad to hear he is recovering and hope he has no complications. I always liked listening to Ken do The Masters.
    At least I can say I have something in common with Ken Venturi now.

    You have something in common with me, too. I had quintuple bypass surgery following my heart attack in 1996.
