Canadian Open regular rotation won't happen
'Tis the season to create a wish list. Topping the Royal Canadian Golf Association's list is a new title sponsor for the Canadian Open and a different date than the one handed to it by the PGA Tour, one that surely will earn commissioner Tim Finchem a lump of coal this year.

A shame our Open has lost some of its lustre. It used to be a highly revered event on the tour. The older guys still make a point to play in it because they remember when it used to be a big deal to win it.
