Post Round Relaxation
As if golf was not a sufficient source of joy for all of us, it struck me as I was looking at some personal photos that the post-round comraderie is as much fun as the game itself. The attached photo taken this summer in Maine should warm your hearts as the lions of winter prepare to enter the local stage. I'm on the right, my uncle is in the center and a very good friend on the left. The quality of the photo was necessarily compromised by the need to reduce it to less than 100kb, but you can still feel our elation.

Great picture and a very simple illustration of why most of us love this game.
By the way, there seems to be 5 beer bottles, but only 3 people.....I'm a bit confused....

I hear ya. I hate when I have to get home after a round and pass on the apres golf. The only thing better is having that meal and then going back to play 18 more.

My own curiousity was aroused by what other facts might be out there. Check out their web site: http://www.rollingrock.com/ Great music, etc. Makes me want to drive to Maine for a case of Rolling Rock. Their site links to www.attblueroom.com. Lots of full length music videos there including one of my favourites: Sarah McLachlan, as well as Carolina Rain, Darryl Worley, Five For Fighting, Los Abandoned, Sick Puppies, Unified Tribe, Rock Star Supernova, Sonic Youth, Taylor Swift.

Yes Rolling Rock is great beer. It is available now in NY State so next trip across the border you should be able to get it. Tops is one supermarket that sells it. I played in a golf tournament last summer with a Rolling Rock rep. (got a free case out of it) and he told that it will probably be available in Ontario next year. They were recently bought by the Brazilian company that bought Labatts.
So check it out at your local LCBO next year.
