Darn it's cold in BC right now...
Today, here in the central BC interior, the daytime high was in the low minus 20's (deg C)....minus 34 deg C with the windchill. It's been very cold since the middle of last week. The forecast is that it will be warming up a bit this Thursday....daytime high of minus 3 and a low of minus 15.
Snow first appeared about a month ago.
Hope to soon play some indoor golf on the sim.
Happy golfing everyone...especially those in Ontario where it's the mid teens on the plus side!

ya, this is crazy. Victoria is basically shut down because of 6-8 inches of snow. The University is closed, buses are getting stuck everywhere, and I, personally, amd laughing my head off.

Just sent a message to my golfing buddies in BC's LMD telling them we were golfing this weekend while they were shovelling, sliding and sitting in their cars stuck in traffic. Between 12-16 inches of snow in Burnaby/Langley area and going down to -18 with wind chill tonight. Suspect I'll get it all back in Feb when their cutting their lawns and counting daffodils, while we are skating in the slush on the Canal during Winter (or Water) Lude....

I this is all we have to worry about here in Ottawa.
Seeing your (well - in this case, someone elses) ball ON a hazard on November 26th ..........I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

I'm in Nanaimo & it's been snowing for 2 straight days. I also work at a golf course, & to put it mildly, business has been veeerrry slow...
Yet people are still working in the proshop. Doing what, i do not know.
I'm pretty proud of the fact that me & a buddy were the absolute last golfers of the season, though. Played the last hole on Friday in almost complete darkness.
Now i get to lay laminate flooring. yay...

We had two days here in Calgary which were a 100 year low, daytime high of -28 with a wind chill of about -40, November 27 & 28, I think.
