I voted for my team, the Wolverines...

Whoever wins the matchup on November 18 (OSU vs. U of M), in my opinion, is ultimately going to win the National Championship. What team they will play is obviously up in the air, especially after Louisville couldn't beat Rutgers. What a game that was...

On a similar subject, I am SOOOOOO sick and tired of hearing how good the SEC is. It's like nobody stops to think that maybe, just maybe, the SEC is a collection of mediocre teams that beat each other and there's no dominant team. Very average, in my opinion. Case in point, Georgia, who lost to Kentucky last week (ugh!!), is killing Auburn today, the supposed #5 team in the country.

    GO BLUE !!

Not sure who will win, but I guarantee there will be a controversy and it will bring up another argument about how ridiculous the rankings system is.

One of my happiest days as a football fan was spent in the big house with 112,000 of my closest friends, watching the maize and blue kick the crap out of Ohio St. Final score was 24-17, but it wasn't that close, the game was never in doubt. Tom Brady with the A Train at tailback, Steve Hutchinson serving up pancakes on the line, Ian Gold at lb, what a team.

Growing up in a small town, I only got cable tv when I was about 13 yers old, and then it consisted of about 13 channels. The big plus were the american networks: abc, nbc, cbs (& I guess pbs?) I don't think fox existed then, and (like most canadians I believe) the networks were Detroit based. I grew pretty fond of Michigan College sports, and hey had some pretty awesome teams in football and basketball over the years. Have to support Michigan.

Stupid Ohio St. I just hope Michigan destroys USC. Florida has no chance at all against OSU, nor would they have a chance against Michigan. It's a shame the two best teams don't get a chance to play for it. Michigan lost by THREE, IN OHIO. Do you know what Vegas gives a home team automatically when creating the point spread? Three points. Put them on a neutral field and you'd have the game of the decade, easily.

why do they use a ranking system? I realize you coudln't have a 64 team tourney because you cant really play more than once a week... but so what??? set it up like the NFL playoffs with 64 TEAMS. Maybe use the ranking system to pick the 64 teams that make the playoffs and then from there a simple bracket with no reseeding. Instead of 13 games play 10, then start the playoffs and you are still done at the same time the last bowl game is played... idiots

    no interest in NCAA football

I love NFL football, and the NCAA is a necessary evil as a farm system for future pro players. Otherwise, I have no interest in who wins.
