Gentlemen, the baby is doing great with the exception of the fact he has a cold. In addition I am suffering from the flu and my 3.5 year old has a stomach virus... Not much sleep is happening quite yet.

Thanks for the invite McGoo, but thee will be 2 or maybe 3 of us (wife may play a 9 hole) and I need something faily close to Kanata to play since my son needs food( er. Mom) every 2.5 to 3 hours.

Because of the freez in the morning , tee times are delayed by hours. today at Falcon Rigde people who had a tee time at 8:30 had to wait untill 11:30 to tee off.

Why they would take tee times for that early is beyond me. They know there is going to be frost, there is no point taking times before 10 at the earliest these days. That is irresponsible IMHO.

I went by there today at 12:30. The parking lot was jam packed with cars at Falcon ridge. they had just opened the nine hole at Race View on a shot gun format and they had Falcon opened at 11:30 AM. Unbelievable the number of golfers out there. I hit the range and used a couple of buckets of balls. I am glad that I did. it was helpful and the weather was very pleasant. hope that helps me on Saturday with my game, although it is too late in the season.

Yes and yes. Weekday is $20.00. weekend possibly $25.00 but I am not sure. large bucket of balls $6.00.
FYI, they are booked solid for the weekend as I was told.

I live close to Champlain. The course is REALLLLLY wet. Not too long ago, there was a pond in front of the 18th green. They also punched a couple of greens very recently....

Just gotta love courses taking tee times for 8:30am at this time of year.
