    PRO - Faldo will have a first hand look at all of the US team contenders from his perch in the broadcast booth, and should be able to formulate a good game plan.

    CON - Faldo is prone to "over-analysis" (just look at his swing), and that could handcuff a free flowing European squad.
    When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.
