You are my buddy, but I have to somewhat agree with 3Jack on this one. Me talking about quitting golf because it is just too frustrating for me right now is a different matter than you talking about leaving a forum. I'm just giving up a stupid game, but you were talking about possibly ending friendships and relationships. Although I do sometimes find some of your posts amusing, this isn't one of them. Little disappointed my friend. To make others think you are being harrassed is just not cool. Believe me I know, its no joking matter.

Geoff, I consider myself your buddy too and I think a couple of people are over reacting.... he pulled a prank and the vast majority of the responses are supportive... just one or 2 of the usual nay sayers responding and one showed his true colors which in my opinion if he was so happy Dick was leaving, should have kept it to himself and just basked in the glory but no, he had to take the 'parting shot'. Dick is right, if you don't want to see posts started or responded to by him, just put him on the ignore list, it works damed well

Dick will be Dick and that will probably never change and frankly, I hope he doesn't

Yeah of course Depe will be Depe. But I have my personal reasons for feeling the way I do. And to me, saying people are threatening and harrassing you is not something to joke about. Its actually very serious stuff. A joke is a joke, but I'd prefer he not use this as his basis for it.
