    Ping G2 10 degree with TC100 stiff shaft. Have tried many different drivers, even bought a Titleist 905R but have always gone back to the G2.

    I think I may have used/traded, bought or demoed em all but I keep going back to an old TM 580xd w/ 9.5 reg stock shaft-thats right regular. Everybody I know has a stiff shaft(er...in their golf club that is) but most of em don" t need it. It certainly isn't because they have a faster CH speed or hit the ball farther.
    I've been fitted and lauch tested and some drivers are a bit longer but this driver gives me the most confidence..

    Recently sold my R7 Quad that had the Aldila NV shaft. I bought an old TM R580 with the stock shaft to finish off the season with. To be honest, I hit the R580 as good as I hit the R7. Go figure

    Titleist 905T. I used to have an R7 Quad and hit it pretty long, but I prefer the feel and sound of the Titleist.
