Let's try this again.....I'm selling my XM portable satellite radio. This radio is awesome. They're selling for 350$ + tax at Best Buy. It has less than a month of use. Comes with a multitude of accessories (listed below). It also has the brand new upgraded battery.

There's nothing wrong with the radio. I just need the money.

The receiver had never been used, but they caracterize it as refurbished because they installed the new motorola battery. They had problems with the first batteries. So basically it's new.

What's the monthly fees on this thing? Also, do you have to commit to a plan or can you go month to month?

The monthly fee is something like 15$. There are different plans (monthly, 3 months, etc...). You can play the radio anywhere, in your car, at home, for a jog, etc... It has all the accesories (200$ +)...
