Odyssey White Hot XG #9

I just went to GT to try out the new Titleist stuff (906f and 585H) which I am being fitted for tomorrow during my appointment with the CPGA guy there.

Anyway, I came accross this putter and I have to say, it's amazing! The feel is very good and roll is much more true than what my 2-ball white steel gave me. Mind you, this is not real grass, but comparing on the same surface is what I am going by.

Anyway...There might be a YES Victoria up for sale soon in the classifieds.

Sweet. Yeah it has a sticker on it regarding the purse that was awarded for the Masters not being included.

I was really impressed with this one though. I normally don't like that style of putter.

It's also very reasonably priced at $169.

Do you know if there are any material differences between the retail version and the one he uses? I know it's obviously weighted for the way he likes it, but besides that?

Pick one up today 33". I'll be giving it a try this weekend if this weather ever warms up. I'll post my reviews once I've played with it outdoors. So far, I like the shape, feel, and roll this putter produces.

I'll have to play a few rounds with the #9 before the YES get's booted out of the bag. I really like the weight and the roll of the Yes. We'll see what happens and I'll keep you posted.

I just got the LH XG # 9 putter, 35" in length this December, I have used it for 3 rounds so far this year, and i absoloutely love this putter. I now leave my 2 ball putter at home with the ping putters. I have made more putts for birdies and a eagle with the XG #9. I am seriously thinking of selling my 2 ball putter which has only been used for 4 rounds.
