Glow in the dark golf balls

Anybody Have any experience with glow in the dark golf balls I just bought one with a glow stick for the last two holes and just want to hear what everybodys experience is with them

They're great just don't lose em as they're 10$ + glowstick lol. I think you can buy cheaper glowsticks from ebay never did though as I haven't night golfed in a while. I'd only use them for playing in fields and stuff before I bought a membership as well... There is no way with my inconsistency will I hit a 10$ golf ball w/ a driver to say see ya later. Doesn't matter how light it is if it's 50 yards into the bushes.

Apart from that feel like a real ball I really like them.

Another thing I have done before...not to a golf ball but other things is buy some glow sticks then break them open and dump the liquid onto the ball...might work. Would for sure be cheaper.

Thats an interesting concept about breaking aprt a glow stick to save money I just priced 24 of them for the balls and they cost about $1 a piece large glow stick are a whole lot more than that. The ball I bought takes the Jumbo cyalume lightsticks and float it cost me 8 bucks at golftown with only one stick doenst look like it will be used this week though.
Yes if I lose one it will surely make me annoyed but no more annoyed then knowing I hit a great shot and not knowing where the devil it went on the last 2 holes.

I think I will try this out next week for everyone. I figure the only problem would be transfer of the glow from the ball to the club....You may get accused of microwaving your clubs to give them an extra glow.

I met up with a guy last year that had a "Tracer Ball". He said you can buy them at Canadian Tire. You hit it and it strobes for something like 15 minutes. He said he had only ever lost one. "It was to deep in the water to go after".
