    http://www.accragolf.com/scseries.html

SC65 M3 tipped to 5.3 (dont' know what this means)

    OR

    http://www.golfworks.com/product.asp_Q_pn_E_TT0016W

    Geoffs bimatrix stiff...

So, how will the weight of the shaft effect the shot? I don't know what the rst of the numbers mean.

The SC65 M3 tipped to 5.3 was recommened by a pro fitter and cant find it so looking for something similar.

That means that the stiffness (measured CPM) is the equivalent of 5.3 on the Rifle scale.

See the attached spreadsheet for the frequencies of the various Rifle designations. Rifle uses numbers instead of R/S/X.

The standard numbers are 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, etc. but using your math skills you can see how it's easy to get to 5.3.

I was just answering the "what is 5.3" part of the question.

As noted in the various "Is this shaft right for me?" threads, a single number, can't really be used to determine if the shaft is a good fit or not.
