Unless I am wrong, the only way for Weir to lose this is to get beat badly by Ernie Els.

Ernie has 200 points and Mike has 267.5. Even if Ernie wins it, Mike has to get less than 34 points to lose the Swing and the $500,000. He's guaranteed at least 2nd place because the closest under Els that is playing is Tiger with 135 points and this is the last week.

Well the Canadian lefty won the West Coast Swing... along with quite the paycheck. So for now, Mike Weir sits atop the PGA Tour Money leaderboard. That's too bad he let go of his 3-hole advantage today to lose 2 & 1.
