Thread: Pictures of you on the course

With an avatar of Greg Norman, and reference to a condo, it is understandable that people might get a picture in their head of someone older. Probably the calibre of high cost golf courses he plays also contributed to that impression by many people.

To attach images they must be linked to the Internet, not your local files sytem on your computer.
If the pic is small enough you can used Advanced settings and upload it, otherwise you will need to resize if first before uploading to the Ottawa Golf forum server.[COLOR=DarkRed]"Friends don't let friends use Internet Explorer"

For me it had nothing to do with the condo or the courses he plays or the amount he spent at Golf town.
From the topics he choose to create and participate in actively I just figured he was an older guy bored at work. Like I"m sure many of us on this forum are.

HAHAH! You guys are funny....
I'll be 28 in a few months. I work in Alberta in the oil industry. That translates into very high income I guess for my age, so I guess I'm fortunate I chose this career.
I'm not sure which type of threads someone of my age would be expected to start, but I wasn't aware the ones I was creating/participating in were the sort someone in their mid 40's would be interested in.

P.S- I know people in Ottawa who are younger than me and have owned their own house or condo for 4 years, so someone speaking of condos shouldn't have any relation to their age in my opinion.

Good investment on your part. And you posted your age too quickly. Peter just left work and I was trying to get your age out of him.

Not to mention, for me, a condo is perfect because there is no upkeep involved. I work 14 days 4.5 hours out of Edmonton and then am home 7 days in my condo.

I was going to say 26. The oilpatch thing was easy. I went to school with a bunch of Chem Eng types who did the 14 on / 7 off thing when they worked in the field.

I'm far too good looking to post my photo on this forum. Dan wants to keep this clean, and I'm afraid the postings that would come in from the female contingent would be way too risqué! I think Richard described me as a drunk Alexander Daigle! LOL!!!

Condos are perfect investments if you rent them out, not AS good if you live in them. Get a few of them, you'll be laughing the rest of your life.
