Did you guys have to buy the bucket hats from the pro shop when it started to come down? Or do you all just share the same keen fashion sense?

Bucket hats (of the GoreTex variety) are probably the best selling item at the Bandon pro shops given the generally rainy weather.

We bought them on the morning of day 2 before our rounds since rain was forecast.

The best part was that they were only $25.

Correct, it is in Oregon. Somewhat of a PITA to get to from Ottawa, but well worth the hassle.

If these work out, and I think they will (five rounds, two in the wet, 100 percent dryness), I'll go for a pair of the new Etonic XCR1-1's bfore going to scotland in the spring.
