Worst part is I started april with one of each and no hybrids.
I have heard that if you smoke crack just once you are addicted. Apparently you have that problem with golf clubs. You buy one and you are hooked and you can not stop yourself from buying more. You need some serious help or you will be in the gutter shortly Talk to Geoff, he knows how to control his urges to a certain extent
My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

Golfbum is right. You do have a serious problem...only one five wood...very serious indeed.
    Back at it.

LOL, crack would be a less expesive habbit. But luckally I've done well with trading and ebay and freinds old clubs. I havnt spent a whole lot of money on my equipment this year and now my bag is just about set so there my be a sell of coming in the near future.

Best deal I got this year was for a 5 and 13 callaway '04 woods.I got them off ebay for under $100 and traded them in when I decided I didnt need them in my bag for $200 store credit.

No, that's why people go to golftown. To buy a brand new club, hit it once, and then sell it on here for a massive discount

First off the Saint is the man.. Geoff could kill you all but he doesn't have all the stuff he has had in hand..
Reading some of these make me feel pretty good:
1 driver - adding one more in the offseason
1 3 wood - also looking to replace in the offseason
    1 Utility
    1 set of irons
    4 wedges
3 putters - always adding more.. 1 comming if I ever get in to pick it up
    3 bags

A particular friend of mine has at least 15 putters on display in his rec room and probably 5 more that are in playing rotation, at least 7 sets of irons, and as many sets of wedges, and drivers. 3 or 4 staff bags. Not sure how many carry bags.
When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.

I'm waiting for Reid to chime in, I suspect he has been doing inventory since this thread started just to get a proper count.

I don't understand the point of owning a million of everything and changing in between clubs all the time. What's the point in having more than two sets of irons on hand or more than 2 of anything in your bag?

I have 3 drivers because I'm in the middle of trying to see which one suits me the best. Once I finally do, one of the three will be for sale and I will only have one backup. I really don't see the point in having so much equipment sitting around unless it was given to you like the Tour players have.

Well had the day off and felt a little bad about owning a few to many things so I went down to Chuck browns and did some trading, managed to trade 4 clubs that I wasnt using and used the store credit to by a putter Ive wanted for awhile.

I was hoping you would reply "yes" to my post, so I could say "Me too!"

    The joke backfired.
