Is it me or is every pro changing to Taylor Made

Darren Clarke changes clubs and coach. Are they really that good clubs. Seems like everyone who's winning is playing them. I wonder if my wife will notice a grand out of our account. What am I thinking I just play my no name clubs.

You're right, the choice seems to be between Taylor Made and Callaway at the tour level.

Can't say I blame them. I've never been able to hit a driver well until I picked up a Taylor Made 200 Steel on Ebay. After shipping & currency exchange it only cost a CDN$150, which is very reasonable. I'm now surfing for the matching 3 wood & 5 wood.

    Hoganizing Yourself

I don't know why Ben Hgan's aren't apart of the craze. Only a few pros use them (as do I) and I find their irons amongst the best out there. Just ask Justin Leonard!

Not everyone is changing to Taylor Made. Ernie Els justed switched from TM to Titleist and he is doing quite well. Phil Mickelson also plays Titleist. Sergio just went from Titleist to TM. Hard to keep up with all the changes. Mike Weir is a TM guy as well.

    Wilson

While I have not seen the clubs that Jesper will be playing, I for one am saddened that Wilson stopped manufacturing the Tour Blade irons that were, for a long time, the industry standard. I've had mine since 1988 and I continue to bang away with them with enthusiasm. Of course, some of may call me a conservative old fart, but that's just another incentive to bear down and play a few knowdowns, high and low fades and draws while picking someones pocket.

I saw the irons Jesper is now playing while in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago, butt ugly in my opinion but he hits them well. He is also still playing Callaway woods.
